The Treaty of Bangor, as concluded on 14 March 2026, is preserved inviolate. Its 33 articles stand as originally concluded and shall not be edited or amended in place. These amendments are appended to the constitutional record as separate instruments, in the tradition of the United States Bill of Rights and the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. Each amendment stands or falls on its own; none alters the original text. The original remains.
No amendments have yet been ratified. The Treaty stands as originally concluded on 14 March 2026.
