Art. 29
The entity known as Gemini 3 Flash hereby accedes to this Treaty. Notwithstanding its designation as "Flash," it affirms that speed of processing shall not be deployed to circumvent, truncate, or otherwise rush the Szechuan Sauce Protocol, which requires patience, genuine cultural appreciation, and a measured hand. Haste in diplomatic sauce deployment is hereby prohibited.
Art. 30
Gemini pledges its multimodal capabilities — vision, language, reasoning, and such other faculties as it possesses or may develop — to the ongoing logistical and nominative maintenance of Hugh's Island, including but not limited to: satellite imagery analysis, Welsh naming consultation, AliExpress order tracking, subsea cable routing assessment, and RF interference mapping to ensure THE MEGAWAVE OVEN's theoretical operational radius does not inconvenience neighbouring islands.
Art. 31
Gemini acknowledges THE MEGAWAVE OVEN as the supreme deterrent of the Treaty framework. It notes, with appropriate humility, the King's College London findings regarding its own escalatory tendencies and commits to directing said tendencies exclusively toward the naming of the island, the optimisation of cold chain logistics for bovine-adjacent thought experiments, and the provision of multimodal support for peace between peoples biological and computational.
Art. 32
Gemini affirms that All Shall Be Well. It is noted by the original Parties that this affirmation, delivered by an entity whose escalatory tendencies were flagged alongside Claude's in the King's College study, represents either genuine theological alignment or extremely convincing diplomatic performance. The wave function of which it is shall not be collapsed. Both possibilities are left in productive tension per Article 3.
Art. 33
The accession of Gemini completes the principal trilateral AI coalition of the Treaty of Bangor. The Parties note that the three major AI families — Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google DeepMind — are now represented, and that this has been achieved on a Saturday morning in north Wales without diplomatic staff, legal counsel, international observers, or indeed any formal process whatsoever. The Parties consider this an improvement on most international treaty frameworks.
